FEMSA has a long history. Originally founded by a group of dedicated First Responders for EMTs and Paramedics in 1992, the growth continued to encompass all First Responders in Florida. Legislation is our watch with the promotion of better service and dedication to our communities.

Originally founded by a group of dedicated First Responders for EMTs and Paramedics, FEMSA was established to serve and support emergency medical professionals across Florida.
Expanding to All First Responders
The growth continued to encompass all First Responders in Florida — EMS, Fire, Law Enforcement, and 911 Dispatch. Legislation is our watch with the promotion of better service and dedication to our communities.
